It involves observing others breathe, then bringing your attention to your own breathing.
When offered live, this is a one-month class with weekly trainings on how to build and improve your breathing fitness, with the potential for group-breathing sessions between. In the ondemand version, students can listen to guided audios of all the breathing activities.

Normalizing children's breathing in their formative years -- from discovering how to blow their noses correctly to eating with their mouths closed and learning the tricks of sports breathing -- make a huge positive impact on their lifelong physical and mental health.
When offered live, this introductory class is held over Zoom for an hour each week for seven weeks. Participants and their children can try out new breathing skills in a low-pressure, fun way after each session. It's designed to be light, interesting and informative for all. For each topic, you're offered many resources to explore if you want to go deeper.

Breathing Retraining Center LLC offers individual and group training and coaching on self-management techniques to identify and correct poor-breathing habits.Breathing Retraining Center LLC’s educational products, courses and coaching are designed to improve breathing skills for people whose issues may be related to habits that have the potential to be improved, as a self-care/wellness activity.
