Get excited to learn a dynamic, holistic program aimed at adopting healthy breathing habits by learning optimal breathing principles, practicing muscle relaxation and expanding respiratory strength with breathing exercises.
This educational course is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to significantly start changing their breathing habits over six sessions.
