The Breathing Audit


This is a self-paced, on-demand product that helps you explore how you breathe.

We walk you through how to observe and assess your breathing pattern, so you can rate your own breathing against healthy benchmarks.  By the end of the process, you will be able to determine what breathing skills you have down, and which you still have to master. 

Just like the Eskimos have dozens of words to describe different snow conditions, and carpenters know all about nails and hardware, we specialize in observing the quality of breathing as it relates to good health.

You may have never thought of several of these aspects of your breathing pattern as being significant. 

Healthy breathing habits aren't as well-known as healthy eating and exercise habits. But just like when we eat more fruits and vegetables we feel better, when we employ good breathing habits we feel better too. Poor breathing can contribute to illness and discomfort just like poor eating does.

This process will not take too long, and at the end you'll have a better idea of whether your breathing could bear some improvement and what it might look and feel like if it did.
