Our Sports Breathing Workshop for recreational, amateur and elite athletes offers the possibility of

If you’re a cyclist, runner, triathlete or involved in another sport with a winter off-season, join us to discover the most effective way to breathe that gets the most oxygen to your muscles and improves fitness.

This training provides you with the opportunity to: 

  • Apply advanced techniques including simulated high-altitude training designed to increase the oxygen levels in your blood, your endurance and sports ability.
  • Understand how to warm up the lungs and diaphragm prior to a workout in order to excel from the start, and how to cool breathing down afterward so the respiratory system and body can rest.
  • Discover how to tolerate less air and increase oxygen carrying capacity.
  • Increase breath-hold time, which is a sign of health and vitality according to the Buteyko Breathing Technique.

Mark your calendar! This is a one-day event that is repeated three times. The earlier you come in the off-season, the more time you’ll have to practice the techniques before races resume.

  • A light breakfast. Don't come stuffed!
