The 10 Healthy Breathing Habits Workshop
Discover how to practice the 10 Healthy Breathing Habits in an impactful and functional way designed to improve health and foster relaxation.
We cover six concepts that fold in one or more of the habits.
Segment 1: Nasal Breathing
Segment 2: The Triad - nasal breathing, diaphragmatic breathing and good posture
Segment 3: The Rules of Breathing: "Breathe like a baby" and other maxims
Segment 4: Breathing to Support Exercise: stop huffing and puffing to enjoy exercise more and excel in the zone
Segment 5: Breathing When The Chips Are Down: recovering more quickly from colds, breakups, conflict and other stressful situations
Segment 6: What's next, what's possible? Breathing retraining for excellent health.
- A timer or stopwatch. There's probably one on your cell phone.
- Comfortable clothing you can move in that's not bulky, so your partner can see the breathing action, and comfortable shoes.
- A light breakfast. Don't come stuffed!
- Bring lunch or a snack to practice nasal breathing while eating.
